I'm starting to wonder if maybe my sleeping patterns have just changed. I never used to be a night owl but right now it's about 11pm and I'm more awake that I have been all day. This seems to be a fairly regular pattern with me lately.

I don't like it.

How do I change it back? Do I need to pull an all-nighter and go to bed early the next day? Will that put me back on track again?

I don't like this AT ALL.
