Sucker for sauce

I will admit. I am a sucker for sauce. I love sauces and am prone to over-saucing things. Especially chicken. But then again, I have chicken issues which most of you know anyway. 

So last week when I went to the grocery store that I hate to pick up a few essential items and I saw a bunch of sauces on "sale" I absolutely had to buy one. Really there was no choice. Seeing as they were 2 for $5 I did surprisingly well only leaving with one right? 

So what did I leave with? PC Memories of Thailand Fiery Chili Pepper Sauce. I only got one of the sauces because I really wasn't tempted by any of the others (I used to *love* the peanut sauce but can't stand it at all now and I'm not really sure why).

Now that I've got it home I'm having a hard time figuring out what do with it. The only thing I can think of doing is mixing it with plum sauce (which I don't have) and serving with egg rolls or spring rolls (which I also don't have). So then I'm thinking maybe something with chicken?

In the recipes associated with it on the PC site I might try the Vinegared Cucumber Salad. I love cucumber.
