Brief update on the yoga challenge.

Yes, I took down the yoga challenge counter. Although I did do yoga when I got home at 1am after the burlesque show on Friday, I did not do it when I was feeling feverish on Saturday (plus I feel asleep on the couch and I have no idea what time it was when I woke up and hauled my sickly butt to bed). And I'm not doing it tonight because my ankle is rather unhappy. When I was taking some trash out yesterday I got my heel caught in a hole in the very crappy pavement surrounding our building. I twisted my ankle. It feels like I pulled a tendon or ligament. It's really not that bad (I've had ankle issues for *years*) but it does hurt and I don't want to put too much weight on it like I would have to with the balancing poses. I did do yoga last night and my ankle was a bit too owie for my liking this morning. So I'm going to lay off the yoga for a few days and focus on doing some of the exercises they told me to do in physio many years ago. I have a doctor's appointment Wednesday. I think maybe I ought to start making a list of my various achey bits - lower back, ankle, shins...
