My 21 day challenge

I've decided not to join the gym. I'm not really comfortable getting myself into 1 year financial commitments at the moment. But just 'cause I don't go to the gym doesn't mean I can't do stuff. I have workout videos I can do. And when if I get bored with them I can buy another one for 1/3 of the price it would cost me for one month at the gym. Heck, I could buy one new video a month and after three months still be $120 ahead! It will soon be warmer and I live about 10-15 minutes from a great boardwalk for walking/jogging. Well I could be doing it now but I'm a wimp when it comes to the cold (and I don't really have cold weather gear).So they say it takes 21 days to make something a habit. I'm challenging myself to do my nightly yoga video every night for 21 days. It's not a really intense workout but it's a great way to end the day because it stretches out all those stiff-from-sitting-at-my-desk muscles. I always sleep well afterwards too. Since I've done it the last two months I've got 19 days (including today) left to go. My final night for this challenge will be April 11. I think I can do it!
