Meal plan

Trying this again. I haven't been doing so well with this resolution. And I honestly can't say what the heck I ate for dinner last week. I really don't remember the last time I ate breakfast either. So here is my plan for next week. Again, this is not necessarily *everything* I eat but an outline of my basic meals. The bread for toast is multi-grain and the bread for sandwiches is more the yummy cranberry pumpkin seed bread. And the noodles in the lasagna are whole wheat.

Monday
B: toast + peanut butter, coffee
L: turkey sandwich
D: clean out the fridge dinner

Tuesday
B: cereal, coffee
L: turkey sandwich
D: veggie lasagna

Wednesday
B: toast + peanut butter, coffee
L: turkey sandwich
D: black bean burritos

Thursday
B: cereal, coffee
L: turkey sandwich
D: crockpot ham + potatoes, veggies


Friday
B: ham omelet, toast, coffee
L: turkey sandwich
D: leftovers
