Meal Planning (yet again)

I've put myself on a grocery budget which means one thing - meal planning. I think I'm doing ok...

For lunch I'm focusing on salads and soups, most of which I already have.

For dinner?

Tonight - Beef and Broccoli stir-fry based on this recipe (I'm going to play with this because it's clearly way too much food).

Tomorrow - Thanksgiving dinner. YUMMY! Chicken, stuffing, mashed potatoes, baby glazed carrots, green beans (not sure how I'm cooking these yet), gravy, biscuits (if I get off my butt and make them today). Not sure what dessert is yet because it's being brought by my friend (I don't think they know either) as is the wine. Yum!

Tuesday - leftovers (I hope)

That's as far as I've gone so far. Because of the Thanksgiving supplies I need to pick up I and the fact that I have to carry everything home, gettign the whole week's groceries is not gonna happen.
