Update: Mount TBR

A few added, a few removed from the last update.

  • All for Love – Dan Jacobson - I started it today and decided I don't like it and I'm not going to read it.

  • Nelcott is my darling – Golda Fried (may make me homesick...)

  • The Secret History of the Pink Carnation – Lauren Willig (I still want to read this *now*)

  • The Story of a Life – Aron Appelfeld

  • The Curse of the Narrows – Laura M. MacDonald

  • A Complicated Kindness: a novel – Miriam Toews

  • The Greek for Love: a memoir of Corfu – James Chatto

  • The House of Flowers - Charlotte Bingham (I've renewed it so it was moved down the list)

  • The Girls - Lori Lansen

  • The Man who Ate Toronto: memoirs of a restaurant lover - James Chatto (ummm I just realized this is by the same guy as The Greek for Love as I was entering this! Cool! lol)

  • Merde, actually - Stephen Clarke

  • Three Day Road: A Novel - Jospeh Boyden

Hmm I seem to be heavy on Canadian content at the moment.

On top of all that I also have two knitting magazines, a knitting book, last week's New Yorker and about a half a dozen of my own books lying around. Oh and another book waiting for me at the library (Faith for Beginners: a novel by Aaron Hamburger). I don't seem to be very close to the top of the list on any of the remaining 18 books I have on my request list so maybe I'll actually get to tackle some of those things soon.
