Weird...

Today has been weird. I'm not entirely sure what's been weird about it. Nothing exceptionally weird has happened. But today's felt weird. But also right. Ok - there was a weird sorta deja-vu thing when I got out of the shower. I felt like I had been in that moment before...although when you think about it - I really have. lol

I went shopping today. I bought running shoes. Good ones. That hopefully will not give me shin splints. But I suppose this means that I really need to um run now huh? I know that's the plan - but I also know that I'm lazy as sin and I don't know how much I can push myself. I need to have one of those crazy personal trainers that will throw water over my head while I'm in bed in order to get me to run consistantly. But not the type of personal trainer that Madonna had that resulted in Lourdes....

Wednesday night - West Wing night. I love the West Wing. Even if it's not nearly as good as when Sorkin was writing it. Even if I'm bugged by the fact that Charlie has yucky facial hair tonight (someone please make the boy shave!). I like that Alan Alda keeps popping up on it. I'm glad they didn't get rid of John Spencer and that he has a recurring role (even if I don't completely understand it).

I am supposed to be watching America's Next Top Model right now. But it's not on. Instead City TV is airing some stupid Keanu Reeves movie. I dislike Keanu. Apparenlty they aired it at 8 instead of 10. Bastards. Now I will not be able to see the model who's body is eating herself (apparently - I thought I read something somewhere about flesh eating bacteria - I saw a woman at the grocery store once who had that...on her arm...she was telling us all...it was weird). I must wait to read about it at Television Without Pity.

I saw something odd on the way home. Did you know that it is prohibited to smoke on TTC property? That includes the bus terminal. I've read the sign. I've chuckled at it and wondered if anyone pays attention - if it's ever inforced. I thought that it likely wasn't. Apparently I was wrong. I was walking to my bus line up and some guy was approaching me talking to two teens - and pulling out a badge and asking for ID. For a split second I thought he was talking to me. He wasn't. I wonder how much the fine is...

Hmm Blogger's been cranky today. I'm not getting the usual editing screen. Weird.
