It was small, but it felt so good to have more than a mini fridge and a microwave. My next apartment was even better. We had a balcony right over our parking spot so when we would go grocery shopping and come back with hundreds of dollars of food, we'd throw the food (light stuff like bread) up to the balcony for a roommate to catch.
